This was my first experience with Reynolds. Our water heater was out and we had no hot water. Positives: Quick to respond. Was able to complete the work that day. Arrived when he said he would arrive. Exceedingly polite and professional. Clean, neat, and organized. Identified the problem quickly and demonstrated the problem. Presented multiple options and prices for me to choose from. Pricing was honest and fair. Work was professional and complete. Quality of work far exceeded my expectations. Clean up was thorough. Communication was excellent; all questions were answered. Negatives: None!! Work Done: Replace hot water heater, expansion tank, and water valve. I will absolutely use Reynolds again, and recommend him without hesitation.

When I saw the name Reynolds INDEPENDENT Plumbing I was hoping to find a plumber that was invested in his own business that cared about the quality of his work and was fair in his pricing and that is exactly what I got. Richard Reynolds is well educated and has many years of experience. He was respectful of me and my home, was clear in his assessment of the work to be done and the cost of the work and did a remarkable job in a timely manner. I would use him again without hesitation.
